Each guest will be allowed a 10 minute grace period. 

All guest must be in the treatment room by the 10 minutes grace. Failure to comply may result in a cancellation. 

If for some reason you’re stuck in traffic or something prohibits you from arriving within the allotted period, please text (773)-412-7425 to see if your reservation will be honored, 

$10 Late fee may be applied.

“No shows” will be charged the balance in full. 

Reservations cancelled the day of will be charged half the balance. 

All reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
